One account for your Train Badger preferences, API keys and tracked journeys.
What this account lets your AI agent do
- Register your trains for you — from your ticket confirmation emails or your calendar, each leg before you travel. It never needs the booking reference, ticket number or your name.
- Find what you're owed — Train Badger verifies every registered journey from live rail data and tells your agent which ones qualify for Delay Repay, with the operator's claim link and the amount.
- Prepare the claim and show it to you — your agent fills in the operator's own claim form, files it only when you say so, and marks it filed so it is never claimed twice.
- Answer "was my train late?" — for any journey in the last 35 days, with a reminder that claims are due 28 days from the day of travel for nearly all operators.
