Train Badger displays train departure information sourced from National Rail's Darwin system. Data is provided as-is and may not always be accurate or up-to-date.
You must provide a valid email address and password to create an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. One account per person.
Use the app for personal, non-commercial purposes. Do not abuse the API, attempt to reverse-engineer the service, or use automated tools to scrape data.
We aim to keep the service running but do not guarantee uptime. The service depends on National Rail's data feed, which may be unavailable at times.
Delay Repay eligibility, compensation bands, and estimated refund amounts shown in the app and on this website are provided for informational purposes only. They are based on publicly available operator policies and data from National Rail's Darwin system, which may be incomplete or inaccurate. We do not guarantee the correctness of any estimate. Always verify eligibility and amounts directly with your train operator when submitting a claim.
Train Badger offers optional auto-renewable subscriptions ("Train Badger Pro") that unlock additional features including Delay Repay tracking, Morning Briefs, and Disruption Alerts. Subscription options and current pricing are displayed within the app before purchase.
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID account. Payment is charged at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your device's Settings > Apple ID > Subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with their refund policy — visit reportaproblem.apple.com to request a refund.
Free trial eligibility is determined by Apple. If offered, any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Train Badger is provided "as is". We are not liable for decisions made based on departure information or compensation estimates displayed in the app (e.g., missed trains, incorrect claim amounts). Always check official sources for critical journeys.
We may suspend accounts that abuse the service. You can delete your account at any time from the Settings screen in the app.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
We may update these terms. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
