Searching for your train…

How it works

We use Network Rail's Historical Service Performance data to look up the actual arrival and departure times of every train that ran on your route. If your train arrived late, we calculate the delay and check if you're eligible for Delay Repay compensation.

1

Enter your journey

Tell us your departure station, arrival station, date, and approximate departure time.

2

We find your train

We search a 2-hour window around your departure time and show every train that ran on that route.

3

See the delay

For each train, we show the scheduled and actual times, plus how many minutes late it arrived.

4

Claim compensation

If your train qualifies for Delay Repay, we link you straight to your operator's claim form.

Track your trains automatically

Don't check manually every time. Train Badger monitors your journeys in real time and tells you the moment you qualify for Delay Repay.
