Lumo uses the DR15 Delay Repay scheme. This means you can claim compensation for delays of just 15 minutes or more — 25% of a single fare for 15-29 minutes, 50% for 30-59 minutes, and 100% for 60+ minutes. You have 28 days from the date of travel to submit a claim.
