London Overground is a network of suburban rail services in and around London, operated by Arriva Rail London on behalf of TfL. It covers routes including the East London line, North London line, West London line, and Gospel Oak to Barking.
London Overground lines were rebranded in 2024 with individual line names (Lioness, Mildmay, Windrush, Weaver, Suffragette, Liberty), but Delay Repay is still handled centrally by TfL.
London Overground uses the DR15 Delay Repay scheme. This means you can claim compensation for delays of just 15 minutes or more — 25% of a single fare for 15-29 minutes, 50% for 30-59 minutes, and 100% for 60+ minutes. You have 28 days from the date of travel to submit a claim.
